With the arrival of the COVID-19 virus in the US, Anabranch Solutions has adopted the following policies and guidelines for our employees. This guidance is based on information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and based on what is currently known. We urge employees to check updated information and guidelines from the CDC at cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov and use caution and common sense to avoid contracting and prevent spreading COVID-19. Employees should prioritize their health as well as the health of our clients, your families and communities. Anabranch Solutions’ primary concern is for the health of our employees, clients, partners and their respective communities. Minor inconveniences associated with exercising and abundance of caution in the coming days and months are well worth it.

WORKPLACE
- Stay at Home. Until further notice, employees should perform all work from home.
TRAVEL
- Work Travel. Until further notice, employees should avoid all work-related travel until further notice. Contact Steve Bennett with any questions.
- Avoid Personal Travel. We cannot dictate to our employees what travel they do in the personal time, but we strongly discourage you from travelling until the CDC has lifted advisories against such travel. If employees do travel, check the CDC’s Traveler’s Health Notices for the latest guidance and recommendations for each locality to which you will travel. If you must travel, please report all travel to Steve Bennett so that we can make an honest appraisal about what risks may be poised to other employees and our clients based on your level of exposure. All employees that take on personal travel, may be asked to self-isolate for 14 days upon their return to avoid unnecessary exposure to co-workers and/or clients.
- Avoid all in-person meetings. Employees are not permitted to attend in-person meetings with each other, clients or collaborators for work until further notice.
- Offer to Host a Web Meeting. In order to facilitate web meetings, we have upgraded our GoTo meeting software to allow concurrent meetings and we would encourage employees to use this. All associates will have their own organizer login.
- Stay at Home and Rest. Employees should notify their supervisor and stay home if they are sick, worried about being sick and/or they are taking care of someone who is sick. Take available sick leave and be assured that we will be flexible and accommodating with sick leave policies. A healthcare provider’s note is not required for employees who are sick with acute respiratory illness to validate their illness or to return to work.
- Disclose Exposures. Employees who are well but who have a sick family member at home with COVID-19 should notify their supervisor and refer to CDC guidance for how to conduct a risk assessment of their potential exposure.
- Employees can find the latest guidance on prevention through the Centers of Disease Control website by visiting the coughing and sneezing etiquette and clean hands webpage.
- Employees should clean their hands often with an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60-95% alcohol, or wash their hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Soap and water should be used preferentially if hands are visibly dirty.
- Employees should obtain hand-sanitizer and disinfectant with company resources for their home offices or work environment.
