Join Anabranch Solutions and be part of a team dedicated to restoring streams and rebuilding healthy watersheds across the West. Our traveling crews work together to construct and monitor low-tech, process-based restoration structures — including Beaver Dam Analogs and Post-Assisted Log Structures — in some of the region’s most beautiful and remote landscapes. This is hands-on, meaningful fieldwork completed in teams of 5–10 on rotating hitches, with time outdoors, shared travel, and a strong crew culture.
