After several years working in purchasing, Théo transitioned into carpentry—a trade he has pursued for the past 15 years. His work has focused on remodeling historic barns and homes, many of which are two to three centuries old, honing a deep respect for craftsmanship and traditional building methods.

Théo discovered the work of Anabranch Solutions when his wife accepted a one-year teaching position at Providence Elementary School. Drawn to the mission and hands-on nature of the work, he joined the team and is excited to bring his skills to the field of restoration.
